Le point de d\u00e9part \u00e9tait puissant&nbsp;: une entreprise avec une forte capillarit\u00e9, une large offre de produits et une ambition claire de continuer \u00e0 \u00e9largir le march\u00e9. <\/h6><h6>Lors du diagnostic initial, nous avons d\u00e9tect\u00e9 un <strong>avantage concurrentiel<\/strong> cl\u00e9&nbsp;: l\u2019entreprise travaillait d\u00e9j\u00e0 de mani\u00e8re intensive la <strong>relation avec le client<\/strong> \u00e0 travers <strong>des communications p\u00e9riodiques, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et ses propres actifs num\u00e9riques<\/strong>, ce qui permettait de passer de campagnes \u00ab&nbsp;tactiques&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 une strat\u00e9gie de marque soutenue et coh\u00e9rente. De plus, son approche <strong>omnicanale, int\u00e9grant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience physique et num\u00e9rique,<\/strong> ouvrait la porte \u00e0 <strong>des plans d\u2019investissement en marketing bas\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es et une attribution r\u00e9elle<\/strong>, et pas seulement sur la notori\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/h6><h6>Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment diff\u00e9rentiel a \u00e9t\u00e9 son fonctionnement interne&nbsp;: nous avons trouv\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me avanc\u00e9 de gestion des stocks bas\u00e9 sur le <strong>Big Data et l\u2019analytique<\/strong>, capable d\u2019optimiser la disponibilit\u00e9, la rotation et l\u2019assortiment par zone. Ceci est crucial pour le marketing, car <strong>la publicit\u00e9 sans stock (ou avec un assortiment d\u00e9salign\u00e9) d\u00e9truit l\u2019efficacit\u00e9<\/strong>. Avec ce point fort, le plan d\u2019investissement pouvait s\u2019appuyer sur une promesse r\u00e9elle au client&nbsp;: disponibilit\u00e9, commodit\u00e9 et exp\u00e9rience.  <\/h6><h6>Nous avons \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 l\u2019angle de la <strong>marque et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience<\/strong>&nbsp;: l\u2019entreprise op\u00e9rait avec <strong>des formats de magasin diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s<\/strong> et une proposition pens\u00e9e pour adapter le produit, le <strong>merchandising visuel et l\u2019ambiance \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents publics<\/strong>. Cela a permis de structurer une architecture de marque claire et, \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0, de concevoir un investissement publicitaire \u00ab&nbsp;par mission&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;: captation, conversion, r\u00e9currence et fid\u00e9lisation, selon le format et le profil du client. <\/h6><h6>La m\u00e9thodologie de martinsdelima a fait la diff\u00e9rence&nbsp;: nous avons combin\u00e9 <strong>une analyse rigoureuse de la documentation interne<\/strong>, <strong>une confrontation avec des sources publiques et une interpr\u00e9tation objective<\/strong> orient\u00e9e vers des d\u00e9cisions actionnables.
