Malgr\u00e9 cela, l&rsquo;organisation accumulait une <strong>histoire de r\u00e9sultats insuffisants<\/strong> et une ex\u00e9cution commerciale qui ne correspondait pas \u00e0 ce qui \u00e9tait exigible pour un poste cl\u00e9. <\/h6><h6>martinsdelima a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un rapport d&rsquo;expertise <strong>visant \u00e0 \u00e9tayer la d\u00e9cision de l&rsquo;entreprise avec des preuves objectives<\/strong>, en \u00e9vitant les \u00e9valuations subjectives ou g\u00e9n\u00e9riques. Le travail a mis en \u00e9vidence un sch\u00e9ma coh\u00e9rent de <strong>faiblesses dans l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution commerciale<\/strong>&nbsp;: absence de mesures pour r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer la marge brute et manque de strat\u00e9gie commerciale efficace dans un sc\u00e9nario de pertes cons\u00e9cutives, ainsi qu&rsquo;une performance \u00e9valu\u00e9e dans diff\u00e9rents exercices comme <strong>\u00ab&nbsp;inf\u00e9rieure aux attentes&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong>. <\/h6><h6>L&rsquo;un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments distinctifs du rapport \u00e9tait la <strong>tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique de la performance<\/strong> au moyen de sources internes. L&rsquo;analyse des enregistrements du CRM d&rsquo;entreprise a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une <strong>absence pratique d&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;outil<\/strong> par le dirigeant&nbsp;: sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es, seul <strong>un pourcentage minime<\/strong> correspondait \u00e0 son utilisateur, une donn\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement pertinente pour un r\u00f4le de direction commerciale. En outre, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 document\u00e9 que, malgr\u00e9 la demande expresse de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, <strong>aucun plan commercial n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9<\/strong>, maintenant l&rsquo;entreprise sans strat\u00e9gie d\u00e9finie pendant des mois.  <\/h6><h6>Pour renforcer la robustesse de l&rsquo;analyse (et la rendre particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9fendable), le rapport ne s&rsquo;est pas limit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9crire des faits, mais a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 une <strong>quantification \u00e9conomique de l&rsquo;impact<\/strong> avec une m\u00e9thodologie prudente. L&rsquo;<strong>EBITDA<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 comme indicateur, car il refl\u00e8te les revenus moins les co\u00fbts op\u00e9rationnels et \u00e9vite les distorsions dues aux int\u00e9r\u00eats, aux amortissements ou aux imp\u00f4ts. Dans la <strong>M\u00e9thode&nbsp;1<\/strong>, l&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre l&rsquo;EBITDA r\u00e9el et le budget approuv\u00e9 par le Conseil a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9, en d\u00e9limitant la p\u00e9riode par des crit\u00e8res d&rsquo;attribution temporelle, ce qui a permis de calculer un pr\u00e9judice concret.  <\/h6><h6>Comme deuxi\u00e8me couche de coh\u00e9rence, la <strong>M\u00e9thode&nbsp;2<\/strong> a estim\u00e9 le dommage en comparant l&rsquo;EBITDA r\u00e9el avec celui qui aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu avec une ex\u00e9cution minimalement raisonnable et diversifi\u00e9e, ce qui a permis de calculer un dommage agr\u00e9g\u00e9 pour une p\u00e9riode de plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Cette double approche a permis d&rsquo;\u00e9tayer le cas avec <strong>deux preuves quantitatives convergentes<\/strong>, r\u00e9duisant la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 une seule hypoth\u00e8se et augmentant la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;expertise. <\/h6><h6>Le r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 un rapport qui a transform\u00e9 un d\u00e9bat de travail individuel en un r\u00e9cit technique <strong>clair, v\u00e9rifiable et d\u00e9fendable<\/strong>, unissant les \u00e9valuations de performance, les preuves objectives d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 (CRM), les d\u00e9cisions internes document\u00e9es (plan commercial demand\u00e9 et non remis) et une quantification \u00e9conomique robuste.
