suas f\u00e1bricas industriais mais importantes. Decidiu-se estudar a possibilidade de realizar o Processo de Regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Emprego por Causas Econ\u00f3micas, Produtivas ou Organizacionais. <\/p><p>Apesar de as rela\u00e7\u00f5es laborais estarem muito bem orientadas atrav\u00e9s dos canais oficiais e n\u00e3o oficiais, realizar um Processo de Regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Emprego para centenas de pessoas requer que todos os aspetos sejam perfeitamente acautelados.<\/p><p>Estud\u00e1mos, em primeiro lugar, as causas econ\u00f3micas, bem como as produtivas. Embora ambas fossem muito claras, a produtiva permitia delimitar perfeitamente a causa e a afeta\u00e7\u00e3o. Por este motivo, descart\u00e1mos usar tanto as causas econ\u00f3micas como as t\u00e9cnicas.  <\/p><p>Estud\u00e1mos \u00e1rea por \u00e1rea e departamento por departamento, para identificar que partes da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tinham redund\u00e2ncias. Em seguida, fomos estudando cada redund\u00e2ncia para identificar finalmente as posi\u00e7\u00f5es que eram suscet\u00edveis de serem amortizadas. <\/p><p>Este estudo pr\u00e9vio foi sendo contrastado com diversas \u00e1reas da empresa, tanto de neg\u00f3cio como de suporte. E, finalmente, em coordena\u00e7\u00e3o com a dire\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica, mantivemos reuni\u00f5es com os sindicatos para expor o estudo e o consequente plano que hav\u00edamos realizado. <\/p><p>Pouco depois, o ERE foi executado conforme o programado, sem problemas relevantes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
