We have verified hotel renovations by comparing the project with what was actually installed in terms of electrical installation, air conditioning, water, gas, and furniture. We review technical reports, measurements, certifications, and regulatory compliance to finally issue conclusions on the technical adequacy of the project and the final execution of the works.

In the labor area, we prepare labor reports for reorganization processes, including productivity analysis, shift distribution, workloads, economic impact of restructurings, and evaluation of restructuring measures.
