The energy sector encompasses activities as diverse as electricity generation, transmission and distribution networks, natural gas, liquid fuels, renewable energies, green hydrogen, and other vectors in transformation. Technical expert reports
We analyze technical configurations, electrical infrastructures, and evacuation routes, evaluate alternatives and their impacts, study affections and compatibilities of use, and review compliance with regulatory requirements in generation, network, and commercialization projects.
Economic expert reports
In the economic and financial field, we prepare reports quantifying damages derived from contractual breaches, delays, cost overruns, or scope variations in energy projects. We evaluate budget deviations, value assets and projects (including DCF models, PPA, and risk analysis), and accredit the economic impact of technical or regulatory decisions. Our objective is to translate technical and operational data into clear economic conclusions that are defensible and based on robust methodology.
Valuations
We execute valuations of all types of companies related to energy, photovoltaic, wind, hydroelectric plants, and all non-renewables such as nuclear, combined cycle, thermal, or cogeneration. We carry out these valuations in any stage of development of the plant, from its conception, before obtaining all permits, in the situation of commencement of works, during the works, and finally during its operation.
The valuations are intended for transactions and/or justification of the value before investors or auditors.
Transactions
On many occasions, valuations lead to a purchase and sale process. martinsdelima accompanies the transaction until its closing, going through the drafting of the letter of intent, “Due-Diligence,” and finally with the purchase and sale contracts.
