Telecommunications

In the telecommunications sector, we prepare technical-economic reports that rigorously analyze the operation, business models, network deployments, and performance of the various actors in the telco ecosystem.
We collaborate with top-tier operators, large mobile and fixed telecommunications companies, installation and maintenance companies operating nationally, sector distributors, and suppliers specializing in network infrastructure.
Our experience includes participation in highly relevant corporate operations—such as the takeover bid for one of the country’s leading operators—as well as intervention in disputes over large-scale deployments and complex contractual revisions. We provide independent and accurate analyses to resolve controversies, evaluate investments, optimize operations, and support strategic decisions in a sector essential for connectivity and the digital economy.

Technical expert reports
We evaluate wholesale infrastructures and services, retail offers, content, operational efficiency, and contractual compliance, providing a comprehensive view of service quality and the technical and economic soundness of each project.
We analyze fixed and mobile networks, fiber and 5G deployments, OSS/BSS systems, provisioning and billing processes, technical team productivity, and incident traceability.
Economic expert reports
We study real installation and maintenance costs, correspondence between what was executed and what was certified, the economic impact of audiovisual assets, price elasticity, customer migration, and operational performance, integrating technical and financial metrics into robust conclusions.
We have also carried out numerous reports on compensation for clientele for the national telecommunications leaders in agency contracts, first analyzing the causes that analyze the origin of the compensation for clientele and then calculating the reasonable amount of said compensation.

Competition Expert Reports
At martinsdelima, we work on complex projects that combine public procurement, telecommunications regulation, and Competition Law, in which we analyze how large regional corporate network contracts condition the viability of a network modernization plan (migration to fiber) in multiple municipalities.
We model income and costs by zone, determine profitability thresholds, identify households and nuclei that were left out of the technological update, and quantify the impact on the competitive capacity, reputation, and value of the affected company compared to an operator with significant market power.
