Rafael de Corral contributes to the business development area, providing his expertise in HR consultancy across all stages of talent management: recruitment, development, and outplacement. He is experienced in working with companies undergoing restructuring, in coordination with HR departments and law firms.  

He holds a degree in Law from the San Pablo CEU University. 

Throughout his professional career, he has collaborated with companies such as UOC Corporate, ARS Outplacement, RCI, MOA, Groupe BPI, and Almena, and currently collaborates with Martinsdelima.
