IIDC is a private institution dedicated to the promotion and development of Corporate Diplomacy (a set of rules, practices, and processes that allow both public and private organizations to enhance their relational capital and ensure more influential leadership).

With extensive experience leading human resources teams, he also has a long track record as a senior advisor in management consulting.

He has spent a large part of his business career at Banco Santander and Grupo Prisa as Director of Human Resources.
