María has more than 25 years of experience in senior management in the banking, fintech, travel, and entertainment industries, having worked in companies such as CIBG, AWASI, WiZInk, and AEViS Europe. These positions have provided her with leadership skills and an integrated business vision with full profit and loss management. She has extensive experience in marketing, strategic planning, and customer knowledge.

She holds a degree in International Relations & Business in the United States and completed her academic training at IESE Business School (PDD Business) and ESADE (Board of Directors Program).
