Business Restructuring
New business unit
In the life cycle of a business, there comes a moment when you reach a crossroads: decide whether to continue growing and expanding the business, or avoid risk and stagnate, triggering the usual consequences.
Our client, an Association whose activity is limited to the Community of Madrid and a specific sector, requested our advice to grow its services. They had an idea and it needed to be shaped.
Thanks to martinsdelima, this Association has created a new business unit that allows it to expand its target audience and its area of work, thus also increasing its income. As a result, it currently offers more services, more complete services, and to more companies. In addition, its scope of action covers other geographical areas besides the Community of Madrid.
That new business unit had to be structured in another independent legal vehicle so as not to be limited by the Association’s Statutes. On the other hand, the restructuring has ensured that the Association benefits in all aspects. Among them, the Association now has more economic strength and offers more and more complete services.
To this end, the Association has relied on the structural and sectorial analysis that we have carried out to evaluate the options for interrelation between the Association and the new service they want to provide. Thus, it has applied the marketing and action plan designed to measure, in order to achieve the objectives set so that the financial plan is a success.
Likewise, once the structure has been determined, working hand in hand with the client, we have designed the corporate identity of the new company and an economic-financial plan according to their tastes and needs, which guarantees the expectations of success of providing said service.
